Once upon a time, there was a little fox. The fox danced in the rain and ran with the wind. She laughed too loud and cried too often. She sang cheesy love songs with all her heart and lived by silly little quotes that hid more then they told. She was a simple paradox, a dreamer chasing after stardust dreams. She loved and she lost, and maybe she lost a little more then she loved, but she still loved with all her heart.






As the little fox chased after her stardust dreams, she found many other loves to reach for. She found the joy of holding a silver pencil in her paw, frantically scribbling down her tales of fantasy and wonder. She found the warmth of flour on her paws as she swiftly mixed the sweet-scented batter. She found the comfort of vanilla engulfing her as she slept, and of rosemary wafting around her as she woke. She found the feel of warm soil beneath, as she watched green things grow under her care. She found the wonder of laughter, the beauty of the sun as it rose and set, and of the moon, as it watched over her. And she found the love of fantasy anew, of fairy tales and dragons and unicorns, of spells and enchantments, of beautiful princesses and brave princes, of a world where everything and nothing is what it seems.






Along her way, the little fox met numerous people. Many she disliked, but some became trusted friends and companions. She met a beautiful horse, who needed nothing more then a friend she can trust. She met a little dog, who stood by her in her worst tempers. She met a little cat, who never spoke a word but to complain yet loved her and depended on her more then any other creature. She met a little mermaid who searched for color but didn't realize that she was color. She met a little dolphin who leapt and laughed and and smiled and made others laugh as well. She met a little flower who didn't realize how beautiful she was and always said the sweetest words. And she met a little lion who had lost more then she yet managed to stay as bright as the sun.
